YOGA IN THE HILLS
Take the first step toward building emotional peace and physical health with this comprehensive fitness program developed by Linda Lane Paulson, MA, MFT (licensed marriage and family therapist), owner/director of Yoga in the Hills. Classes for beginners to the most advanced levels will help students develop personal tools to overcome the symptoms of stress, anxiety, and depression, while building the internal energy to reconnect with the flexibility and strength of youth.
Guided practice conducted each day of the week emphasizes safety in an environment that surrounds you with beauty, serenity and support. Our programs are designed to help with the following:

Diversified activities such as Argentine Tango, Salsa, and Zumba are now offered at Yoga in the Hills. No partner is necessary for these affordable classes that open the door for students to discover the fun of Latin dance in a supportive social environment.
