Take the first step toward building emotional peace and physical health with this comprehensive fitness program developed by Linda Lane Paulson, MA, MFT (licensed marriage and family therapist), owner/director of Yoga in the Hills. Classes for beginners to the most advanced levels will help students develop personal tools to overcome the symptoms of stress, anxiety, and depression, while building the internal energy to reconnect with the flexibility and strength of youth.

Guided practice conducted each day of the week emphasizes safety in an environment that surrounds you with beauty, serenity and support. Our programs are designed to help with the following:
  • Recover from illness/injury through gentle, therapeutic activity
  • Clear the mind with breathing and focusing techniques
  • Remain centered through mindful meditation

Private sessions by appointment only for couples, groups and individuals.
