Saturday, December 3, 2011: 2:30 - 4:30pm, $40 Our Focus: Psychotherapeutic use of yoga in reducing stress, anxiety, and depression, includes pranayama exercises (breathing sequences). Appropriate for all levels. of Yoga in the Hills. Eat lightly before you come, as we will begin with an asana practice. Snacks will be served throughout the day.
