| Linda Lane Paulson, MA, Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist, combines her years of experience as a therapist, specializing in the mind-body connection, with her passion for hatha yoga, to provide an intimate mind-body approach to the yoga experience. This safe and supportive environment allows the body and mind to open with acceptance and assists students to find a harmonious balance in their lives. Yoga in the Hills instructors are all certified in the Sadhana Yoga Chi Program, a holistic approach to hatha yoga created by internationally renowned yoga master Doug Swenson.
